PIERCE, CHARLES E., 68, of Taylorsville, passed away Friday, May 2, 2008. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, a retired over the road driver for the chemical division of E.I. DuPont and a member of Hurstbourne Christian Church and Leisure Life Camping Club. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 29 years, four daughters, a sister, six grandchildren, and his beloved dog, Buddy. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 1-8 p.m. Monday. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
