Tootsie was a beautiful little Cairn Terrier. My cousin Mary Jane bought her for her mother (my aunt) for company. When my aunt died she went to Virginia to live with Mary Jane. When Mary retired they both moved back to West Virginia.

Tootsie was a sweet little bit of a thing. She loved to eat and toward the end she loved to sleep. She had a special stuffed chair in the bedroom and a stool so she could crawl up on the chair. This was her throne.

At eighteen and a half years old Tootsie became ill. Mary took her to the vets but nothing could be done for her and she had to be put to sleep to keep her from suffering. We know that was a hard decision to make as we just had to make a decision like that.

Tootsie died about 2:45 pm on Friday, July 22, 2005. Mary had her cremated and brought her home. Tootsie's ashes will be put in Mary's casket and buried with Mary.

You would have loved this little furball. God bless you Tootsie. ********* Tootsie now has a little sister Annie that looks just like her.

A special thank you to wicki, ciao-lo & weezer for sponsoring Tootsie's page. You are very kind and it is appreciated. I made sure Tootsie's mom knew you sponsored the page.----Virginia
