Mrs. Mary Voden Modix, mother of *22 children and 51 grandchildren, died at Keene, N. H., Sunday. She was the wife of Daniel Modix, the couple making their home with their daughter, Mrs. H. R. Wolfe at 3 201 W. Genesee st. Mrs. Modix was visiting at the time of her death. The funeral will be held at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wolfe, Thursday at 9 a. m., and at St. Joseph's (French) Church a half hour later. Burial will be in St. Agnes' Cemetery. Surviving of her children are a son, Frederick Modix, and four daughters, Mrs. Wolfe, Mrs. Rosie Murray. Mrs. Angie Levigne and Mrs. Jack Smith.
