TWIN FALLS - Lou9se D. Becher, 92, of Twin Falls, died Monday at Hazeldel Manor.
She was born July 2, 1888, at Klinger, Iowa. She married Albert J. Becher Jan. 7, 1915, at Westgate, Iowa, and he died in 1963. The family moved to Twinb Falls in 1919. She was a lifetime member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Twin Falls, and a charter member of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.
Surviving are two sons, Ted Becher of John Day, Ore., and Arthur Becher of Seattle, Wash.; two daughters, Mrs. Phil (Gertrude) Leslie of Alexandria, Va., and Mrs. Don (Ruth) Heller of Twin Falls; three sisters, Cora Bruch of Waterloo, Iowa, and Dora Moeller and Lina Knief, both of Chicago, Ill.; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sets of twin boys, and two brothers.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the White Mortuary Chapel by the Rev. Arthur Crosmer. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
