She was predeceased by her husband, Charles H Clarke in 2005; her brothers, William, Paul, Robert, Lawrence and Harry McKenna. She was born on Jul 26, 1927 in Massena, to Francis and Anna Sullivan McKenna. She graduated from Potsdam High School in 1945 and Watertown School of Commerce. She married Charles H Clarke at St. Mary's Church in Potsdam on Jul 30, 1955. Nora was secretary at Clarkson College and Potsdam State SUNY.
