Mrs. C. C. Russell, ages 56, former resident of Franklin and Rocky Grove, died at her home in Camden, NJ, at 9:30 o'clock on Tuesday morning. She had lived in the Franklin district until about eight years ago.
She is survived by her husband; and a daughter, Velma. She was a sister-in-law of H. N. Russell, 321 East Third St.
The body will be brought to Oil City for burial, arriving her on Thursday evening. Funeral arrangements will be announced.
