Lou Ellen Bradley, 96, of Newport departed this life Saturday, December 24, 2016. She was born August 11, 1920 to Edward and Mary Grant. She was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church, enjoyed quilting, cooking, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Claud Bradley, two brothers; Marvin and J.D., and two sisters; Lorene and Ruby. Her survivors are three sons; Jim Bradley (Peggy) of Newport, Raymond Bradley (Barbara) of Newport, and David Bradley (Kim) of Newport, two daughters; Mary Claudean Bradley of Wynne and Ruby Jo Browers of Mt. Vernon, Arkansas, one sister-in-law; Margie Grant of Santa Barbara, California, sixteen grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6:00-7:00 p.m. for family on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. for friends.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Watson Cemetery.
