Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Nicola and Maria (Pacitto) Masi. She was a union president and textile worker for R. I. Lace Co. for 16 years, retiring in 1986.
Besides her husband, she leaves three sons; three brothers, Anthony Masi of Vero beach, Fla., Louis Masi of Johnston and Joseph Masi of East Providence. She was the grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 11. She was the sister of the late Armando Masi and Anna Crapolicchio.
Burial will be in North Burial Ground, Bristol, RI
