Daniel Hennessy, aged 49, a Lt.-Col. RAMC, Active List, married, born in Co. Limerick.
E. Constance, his wife, aged 54, married, born in South Africa.
They had been married 19 years and had 2 children, 1 of whom was still alive.

David R. Hennessy, son, aged 17, a Medical Student, TCD, single, born in South Africa.
Mervyn Jeffreys, a visitor, aged 20, an undergraduate, Oxford, single, born in South Africa.

Colonel Daniel Hennessy served in the Royal Army Medical Corps in World War 1.

Colonel Daniel Hennessy, of Derby Sanitorium, Walton, Chesterfield, died at The Hospice, Harold's Cross, Dublin, on 22 June 1920.
He was aged 58, married, a Colonel, RAMC.
The cause of death was Cancer of the Jaw, of 11 months duration.
