JoAnn Phillips, 77, of Cullman died Jan. 16, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Andrew and Amy Phillips, Mack and Ella Bailey; parents, Gale A. and Flora Verdie Phillips; and brothers, Ronald and Raymond Phillips.
Survivors include her brother, Kenneth W. (Donna) Phillips; nieces, Karen Phillips Cole and Laura Phillips (Jason) Nunnelley; nephew, Ken (Ruth) Phillips Jr.; and seven grandnieces and grandnephews, Victoria and Alexandria Nunnelley, Kenneth Phillips III, Trey, Alex and Lili Jeffers, Madison and Conner Cole.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, at Moss Service Funeral Home, with burial in Cullman City Cemetery. Visitation is from 1 to 2 p.m.
Moss Service Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
( JoAnn Phillips graduated from University Hospital School of Nursing in 1962, and worked 37 years, most of the time around Birmingham. She retired at age 60 in 1999 and returned to Cullman to care for her mother, who died Sep. 6, 2005. She never married and enjoyed traveling.)
