Patricia Gail Beckett, 67, of Danville passed away suddenly on January 19, 2017 and entered her heavenly abode.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Florence Cooper; and her two brothers, Randall and Phillip Cooper also of Danville; also her sister Linda, the first child born preceded her in death.

Gail is survived by her husband, Russell Melvin Beckett; their daughter, Christine Powers with her husband Chris Powers and their two children Aaliyah 9 years old and Presley one month old; her adopted sister, Mashell Gallagher with husband Arthur Gallagher and siblings, Chasity and Cassity Jo; also several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She loved to sew and quilt, the company of friends, and the Christian way. She was of the Baptist faith.

Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, January 23 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Richard Runyan officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
