county with their mother and dad in 1810 and homesteaded 320 acres.
My gr,gr,gr,grandfather was his brother.
This is one of three Gwaltney pioneer cemeteries. This cemetery has almost destroyed by the farmers. We can still get photos if we hurry-- what is left of it. The three Gwaltney cemeteries: John's, the dad, Amariah's, his brother, and Benjamin's; I have the GPS coordinates. My family has been in North America since 1635--Jamestown area. I have ancestors buried in five pioneer cemeteries. Three of them have been destroyed by the landowners or farmers. I'm trying my best to save what I can.

Apparently the location information for the Gwaltney cemetery on Find A Grave has been mixed up with a different Gwaltney cemetery, this is what was emailed to me recently:
"A descendant of Benjamin Gwaltney went to this cemetery today (January 2017). It is located a short distance from the old Heckman House just off Hillcrest Road in Section 30, Township 5 South, Range 12 West in Center Township, Posey County, Indiana. The cemetery is on land owned by Seibert Trust and has been almost destroyed by the farmer farming this land. The tombstone of Benjamin (the elder) is still standing and his wife's is there but broken in half.
The cemetery location cited for this cemetery has not been checked yet but is believed to be the Amariah Gwaltney cemetery and is up the hill next to the barn on the right at the Y of Barrett Switch Road and Saxe Road on the Farrar farm."
