ANNA SZABADOS

Mrs. Anna Szabados, 86, of Brillion, died Tuesday morning at Heritage Nursing Home, Manitowoc, following a lingering illness.

The former Anna Carstens was born March 20, 1884, at Manitowoc Rapids, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Carstens.

She was married to John Schwantz on June 9, 1906. He died in May, 1916. She then was married to Leo Szabados on June 10, 1918. He died on Aug. 4, 1956.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Brillion, and its Ladies Aid.

Survivors include two daughters, one son, seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, and two brothers, Henry, Brillion, and Louis, Manitowoc.
A great-grandchild, sister and two brothers preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Trinity Church, the Rev. Arden Stuebs, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Newtonburg.
Friends may call at the Wieting Funeral Home, Brillion, from 3 p.m. Thursday until 10:30 a.m. Friday and at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
