Mrs. Anna Hamman, aged 83 years, died Friday at 2 p.m. at her home, 1502 Green Bay street. Mrs. Hamman, nee Baumel, was born in Germany, Oct. 27, 1845 and came to America at the age of 21 years and for the last 50 years has resided at La Crosse. Her husband the late Carl Hamman preceded her in death 9 years ago.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter, Charles and William Hamman, and Mrs. Otto Ratz, all of La Crosse. Funeral services will be held Monday from the home at 2 p.m. and to the German Lutheran Church at 2:30. Interment will be made in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Rev. J. T. Gamm will officiate.
