Mrs. Catherine Wakely Byrne, wife of Martin Byrne, passed away Sunday morning at their home, 134 High street. The funeral was held yesterday morning at the Church of the Assumption, and interment was made in the family lot in St. Mary's cemetery. Besides her husband, Mrs. Byrne is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Peter DeClerck, of Rochester; Mrs. Wilfred Abigail and Miss Margaret Byrne, of Fairport; three brothers, John Wakely, of Central Village, Conn.; Thomas Wakely, of Congers, N. Y., and Felix Wakely, of Ireland.
