Reported age at time of death was 4 months, so evidently born about NOV or DEC 1851.

Mary Jane Galer's "COLUMBUS, GA: Lists of People, 1828-1852, and Sexton's Reports to 1866" (2000), p. 194, shows: child of R. ELLIS died aged 4 months - cause of death not reported; buried 05 APR 1852 (from "March, April, May 1852, Sexton's Report," dated 15 JUN 1852). I presume that this child is the same as Lucy mentioned on the obelisk described below. So far, I haven't seen a newspaper notice of this child's death.

City 1-144 corresponds with Lot 157 of Section A in Dolores Autry's "Historic Linwood Cemetery" book (edited by Lea Dowd et al.), Volume 1. Among the inscribed graves here is Fannie A. (MANGHAM) ELLIS (1828--1855). Also in this lot, Autry reports "1 child marked, cannot read." That is an obelisk that has inscriptions on three sides. The markings are nearly illegible. One side has: ANNIE / daughter of / __ ____ / and / FANNIE ELLIS / aged [2 years?]. The side opposite that has: LUCY / died ______ / 18[5?]2 / aged [?] ____ On a side between these two is: ANNIE & LUCY

On a listing from a 1943 survey of Linwood Cemetery conducted by the LDS Southern States Mission, the following are among the ELLIS graves:
Annie (no dates)
Fannie (no dates given) Age 2 years [sic -- this age of 2 years goes with Annie]
Lucy (no dates given)

I believe all of the above was taken from the obelisk for Annie and Lucy, which was probably already difficult to read in 1943. The name Fannie appears on it as mother of Annie, not as one of the persons buried. . . The separate inscribed grave marker for Fannie A. (MANGHAM) ELLIS is not mentioned in the 1943 listing. It was probably already toppled and couldn't be read. It was only restored in the last few years (2022).
