Andy Adams was born on October 10, 1937 in Arkansas to Harvey Adams and Ruby Huff. They lived in Arkansas until Andy was 10 then they moved to Fellows, CA. His final residence was at 715 Kern St. in Taft, CA/ Andy served 8 years in the Army. Not to long after he was discharged he met and married the love of his life. Andy and His sweetheart were married on February 24,1959 and spent 58 loving years together. Andy and Gail raised five children together. He worked in the oil industry until he was able to retire. Andy was a member of the Masonic Lodge for 48 years. Spending time with his lodge brothers and their families was one of the enjoyments. Andy loved his wife with all his heart. In fact, he would tell everyone she was the prettiest woman on Kern St. Surrounded by his loved ones, Andy passed away on April 11, 2017 at his home in Taft. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two sisters. He is survived by his wife, his children. 15 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and some great great grandchildren. Services will be held at the Westside Cemetery in Taft, Ca.
