Kenneth “Possum” Mikel of Campbellsville, son of the late Rube Mikel and Catherine Bryant Mikel, was born May 30, 1952. He died at 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in Campbellsville. He united in marriage to Bonnie Mikel Milby March 8, 1982 and she preceded him in death May 7, 2002. He later united in marriage to his second wife. Besides his wife,, he is survived by two step-daughters, three step-grandchildren, one brother and one sister several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by one brother and six sisters: Guy Douglas Mikel, Mary Frances Mikel, Barbara Jean Mikel, Rena Murphy, Annette Smothers, Shirley Wise and Betty Compton.
