Agnes Lombardo 92, of Decatur, Illinois, passed away at 6:45 p.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2016 in Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur.

Agnes was born January 31, 1924 in Springfield, Illinois, the daughter of Frank and Mariana (Lombardo) Disclafani. She married Samuel J. Lombardo on July 8, 1950 in New York City. He preceded her in death on October 15, 2014.

Surviving are her children, Shevet "Joe" (Barbara) Lombardo and Celeste (Barry) Kohlbecker; three grandchildren; brothers, Sam Disclafani and Lenny (Eilleen) Disclafani and sisters, Sadie Aquila and Camilla Pecchillo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son: George Lombardo and twin granddaughters: Jody Marie and Amy Lombardo.

Agnes was a member of GT Church. She enjoyed playing bingo and bunco. She was a member of the Keenagers Bible Study along with her husband at the church. Agnes was known for her beautiful handwriting and loved to correspond to her friends and family via letters.
