Marcelene Helton age 85 of Lick Creek Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. She was born March 10, 1932 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Henry and Bessie Howard Helton. She was the wife of Garland Dutch Helton, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sons, William Helton, Forest Helton, and B.F. Helton all of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Ilean Helton Lemaster of Salyersville, Kentucky, eight grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Marcelene is preceded in death by two daughters, Darlene Helton and Julia Helton, five brothers, Rex Helton, Columbus "Tom" Helton, Charles Helton, Woodrow Helton, and Loren Helton, and three sisters, Hortence Williams, Reva Gene Helton, and Beulah Helton Risner.
Burial will follow in the Helton Cemetery at Salyersville, Kentucky. Justin Williams, Grant Cantrell, and Jerry Howard officiating.
Marcelene was a Howard Cousin.
