FUNERAL IS HELD FOR HENRY FRAZEE
Funeral services for Henry B. Frazee were held Monday afternoon from the Waggener and Campbell chapel by the Rev. M. E. Van de Mark of Epworth Methodist church. Bill Carr sang two selections accompanied at the organ by Mrs. J. M. Carlson. Pallbearers were S. J. Tracht, A. J. Shaw, Victor Croskrey, T. S. Perry, Finley Null and Mead James. Interment was in the Conrad Memorial Cemetery.
Henry Bascomb Frazee was born Sept. 10th, 1854, in Van Buren County, Iowa, to Stephen Frazee and Sophia Jackson Frazee. He grew to manhood in Iowa and later lived in Colorado for a time before returning to Iowa.
He was married to Miss Nellie Buckmaster Feb. 27, 1895 at Kilbourne, Iowa. They moved to the Flathead in 1903 and farmed for six years in the Helena Flats district northeast of Kalispell. In 1909 they moved to Kalispell and have since made their home on Fourth avenue east.
Mr. Frazee died at his home Saturday at the age of 96 years, eight months and 16 days.
He had been a member of the local Methodist church since 1909.
He is survived by his wife, Nellie at home, a niece, Sadie Davey of Vancouver, Wash., and other relatives.
A grand niece, Mrs. W. E. Baker of Minnesota, and also a nephew and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Buckmaster of Cheyenne, Wyo., were here during the last illness. Mrs. Baker has been here for the past two weeks and cared for Mr. Frazee before his death.
