Jacob Jackson Frazee, also known in some census as Stephen J Frazee, was the son of Stephen J Frazee and Sophia Jackson. He was injured as a young child and had to use crutches the rest of his life. It is said that he went to an East Coast college, was very gifted playing various musical instruments, and had an excellent singing voice. He married Louvisa Ann Brizendine and subsequently had 6 children. He passed away in the Oregon State Hospital. His remains were not recovered until 2007 by one of his grand daughters. He is buried in the same cemetery as the grand daughter's father.
