Mrs. Philamenia David Short, 44, 0f 20 South Linden Rd., died Sunday morning at General Hospital after a long illness.
Born in North Dakota, She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Rosary Alter Society Council of Catholic Women.
Surviving are two sons, Flynn and Wayne Wood , of Mansfield; four grandchildren; a brother, Fred David, of Mansfield, and three sisters, Mary Owens, Mrs. Catherine Barnett, both of Mansfield, Mrs. Frances Hoffman of Grand Rapids, Mich. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary Herold David.
Friends may call at the Geiger- Herlihy Funeral Home after 7p.m. today, with funeral high mass to be conducted Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church by the Rev. Thomas Marlborough. Burial will be in Mansfield Catholic Cemetery.
