Early Life: Cynthia was born December 15, 1961, in Richfield, Utah, to Fred Egan and Lucy Beth Pearson Asay. She was a graduate of Timpview High School in Provo, Utah.
Life's Work | Service | Interests: Cynthia went on to become a paralegal and received additional training in accounting, a field she worked in for several years. She was a gifted athlete and excelled as a pitcher on the Timpview High School girl's softball team and later on women's city league teams. A charitable and compassionate person, she cared deeply about others, was a wonderful sister, daughter and friend, and was loved by all who knew her. She was devoted to her faith and tried to do her part to make the world a better place. Cynthia Asay, of Provo, Utah, passed away June 8, 2017, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was 55.
Survived By: Her brothers, Dale (Suzanne); Matt; Ted (Laura); Tony (Melissa); Barry (Lori); 18 nieces and nephews.
Preceded In Death By: Her parents and her brother, T. Fred Asay.
