Robert "Bob" D. Kujawski, 68, of rural Newton passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, in Milwaukee, due to complications following surgery.

He was born June 25, 1949, to Richard S. & Ida-Mae (Luebke) Kujawski. Bob graduated from Lincoln High School in Manitowoc.

Bob served in the Army, Unit B Battery 21st Field Artillery 7th Corp in Germany from May 26, 1970 until January 12, 1972.

He married in 1970 at the St. Augustine Church in Reifs Mills, WI. He had worked at Nigrelli Systems in School Hill until he retired on December 31, 2016. Bob "Buck" had also worked at Manitowoc Cranes prior to working at Nigrelli Systems Aqua Master Division.

He enjoyed the company of the outdoors especially while admiring his yard's beauty such as his wild flowers and apple trees. Bob was a proud charter member of Mid-Lakes Rustic Iron. He enjoyed going to antique tractor shows as well as reading/researching on crawler tractors, attending the annual Iola car show and spending time with the members of the N.E.W. (Northeast Wisconsin) Model Engine Builders Club. Bob cherished tending to his animals. Bob's most treasured time was when he was with his granddaughter, "Peanut".

Bob is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, his granddaughter, and his sister. He is further survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; former in-laws; friends; and many co-workers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step mother, Lucille and numerous members of the Johnsrud family and Shedlosky family in-laws.

A Funeral Service for Bob will be held at 5:30 PM on Monday, July 17, 2017, at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, Wisconsin 53061. Rev. Gary Wegner, OFM Cap will officiate. Military Honors will be conducted at the funeral home following the service. Bob will be laid to rest at Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery in Fond du Lac.
