KNOX -- Funeral services for Henning Almcrantz, 75, of 402 Brown Circle, who died Monday morning in Hinsdale Hospital, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Harry Price Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Fields, pastor of Knox United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday. Knox Masonic Lodge 639 will conduct services at 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home, and military services will be conducted by the Knox Veterans of Foreign Wars at the graveside. He was born Sept. 16, 1892 in Chicago, and moved to Knox eight years ago from Marseilles, Ill., where he had been employed by the U.S. government as an electrician. He was married July 4, 1924 in Knox to Georgia Almcrantz, who survives.
