Mrs Barbara (Bunny) Barnette Bardin, 30, of 2902 Jasper Boulevard, Sullivan's Island, wife of Franklin Dennis Bardin, died July 1, 1986 in a Charleston hospital.
Born in Greenwood Nov 27, 1955, she was a daughter of Babbs Hulsey Barnette and the late J Edwin Barnette.
She was a 1973 graduate of Greenwood High School and attended Clemson University. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband of the home and mother of Greenwood are: a sister, Mrs Mary B Wooten of Greenwood; a grandmother, Mrs Mary Cunningham Hulsey of Abbeville, and two nephews, L Duke Burnett Jr and William Edwin Underwood, both of Greenwood.
Services will be held 11 am July 2 at First Presbyterian Church with Dr Alan Elmore and Rev Alan Baroody officiating. The body is at Blyth Funeral Home and will be placed in the church at 10 am. Burial will be in the Barnette family cemetery in the Phoenix community.
Active pallbearers will be William A Barnett III, P H Barnette Jr, Evans Taylor Barnette, William Gregory Henderson, Frederick P Henderson, Frank Eck, Thomas (Bubba) Harvin, Floyd Connell, Tommy Golden and Gregg Laur.
The family will receive friends at the home of her mother, 511 New Market St. Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund.
