Goldie Stanley 1917-1990

Goldie Mae Stanley, 73, passed away at the Greensview Nursing Center in Bagley on Sunday, December 9, 1990. Mrs. Stanley was born in Park Rapids, Minnesota on November 26, 1917, to parents David and Minnie Craig. Mrs. Stanley has lived in the Twin City area and Princeton and California areas before moving to Bagleyin 1968. Since August 3, 1990, she has made her home at Greensview Nursing Center in Bagley. Her marriage to Lorenzel Stanley took place in Milaca, Minnesota in 1950.
She is survived by her husband Lorenzel of Bagley; three sons, Kenneth Huisinga of South Dakota, Gerald Huisinga of Alaska, Robert Huisinga of Bagley; three grandchildren; one brother, John Craig of Minneapolis; three sisters, Agnes, Mrs. Norman Johnson of Bemdiji, Marie Smith of Bemidji, and Gladys Briske of Alaska.
Mrs. Stanley was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 13, at 1 p.m. in the Faith Hill Assembly of God Church in Bagley. The Rev. Dennis Kruger will officiate and burial will be made in the Bagley City Cemetery under the direction of the Cease Funeral Home of Bagley. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
