David was predeceased by his beloved wife Evelyn (Nee Neu), his parents, and two brothers; William Joseph Adams and James Adams.
Dear father of 3 sons and 2 daughters. Loving grandfather of 5 grandchildren, and brother of 2 sisters and 1 brother. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Retired employee of the Seitz Company.
Visitation Saturday, August 12, 2017 at St. Boniface Church (W204 N11940 Goldendale Road, Germantown, WI) 9 AM with time of funeral service at 11 AM. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery (Menomonee Falls, WI).

Verified there was no casket burial. Family friend indicated David was cremated and some of the ashes were spread over his burial plot.
