Obituary: "James, the 22 months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Adams, on the Pope farm, north of this village, was drowned in watering trough of the farm yard Friday of last week. Funeral services were held in St. Peter and Paul's church at Duplainville, Monday morning with burial in the Adams lot adjacent to the church. The Rev. W. A. Goebel officiated. Besides the parents, two brothers survive the little one" Waukesha Freeman (Waukesha, Wisconsin) Thursday, 19 May 1932.
