Graveside services will be at 11 am Friday at Rainbow Memorial Park for Nellie Pansie Chambers, 91, Rainbow City, who died Wednesday, Dec 6, 1995. The Rev Brooks Boyd will officiate. Southside Funeral Home is in charge.
Mrs Chambers was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon G Chambers; and son, Feltus Chambers.
She is survived by her daughter, Glennell Chambers; brother, Archie Guthrie; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be friends.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr Todd Cross and Riverview emergency room staff.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 this evening.
