JORDAN Tag (Bertha), 96 of Lexington, wife of the late Thomas Paul Jordan, died Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Hospice Care Center at St. Joseph Hospital. She was a graduate of Henry Clay High School, member of South Elkhorn Christian Church, member of the Women';s Club and a life- long resident of Lexington. Tag took great pride in having been the Activities Director for Mayfair Manor. She found pleasure in bringing happiness and fun into the lives of the residents. She was an avid bridge player, and had a keen sense of humor. She often said ";growing old is not for sissies"; and she demonstrated bravery and dignity throughout her illness. She is survived by her three children, Nancy Hancock, Paul Jordan and Jeff Jordan. There will be a graveside service at 1pm Wednesday, September 20 at the Lexington Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Bluegrass Hospice Care, 2312 Alexandria Dr., Lexington, KY 40504.
