Pauline was the youngest of three children born to David Sylvester and Missouri Ann (Beene). She married Thomas Lester Morgan in 1937 and they had two children: Charles 'Dwain' and Kathryn Ann.

Pauline Morgan

She was born on December 5, 1915, in Comanche County, Texas to the late David Sylvester Beck and Missouri Ann Beene Beck. She was a homemaker. She was a lifelong resident of De Leon, and a member of the First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Morgan was united in marriage to Thomas Lester Morgan on May 26, 1937 in Downing, Texas
She is survived by son, Charles D. Morgan and wife Joan of Quitman; daughter, Kathryn Hugg and husband, Bill of De Leon; 3 grandchildren, Kristin Morgan, Jennifer Shields and husband, Jeremy, and Brandon Hugg; and 4 great-grandchildren, Taylor, Haylee, Ireland, Liberty and soon-to-be-great grandson Hayden. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Morgan on May 4, 1992; brother, Harold Beck and sister, Eugenia Anderson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening, August 6, 2008 from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the Nowlin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2008 in the Nowlin Funeral Home Chapel with Jackie Auvenshine officiating.
Interment will follow in the De Leon Cemetery. Nowlin Funeral Home of De Leon is in charge of arrangement.
