Clifford Joseph Arsenault was born on August 25th, 1930 to Rita (née Gaudet) and Antoine Arsenault in Prince County, P.E.I. at a residence in the community of Saint-Gilbert. Clifford had four siblings [Ella, Francis, Léona and Marie]. He married Mae Caissie and was the father of nine children - Alan, Brenda, Claude, Donnie, Eldon, Gérald, Gloria, Linda and Mike. Clifford was a resident of Wellington P.E.I. for several years before relocating to Summerside. He died on February 16, 2016 in the Prince County Hospital at Summerside at age 85.
