Marilois Bauer, of Phoenixville, passed away on Monday at Phoenixville Hospital. She was 78.

Marilois was born on May 14, 1929 in Chicago, IL to the late Carter and Marilois Yowell. In 1949, she married Dale W. Bauer and moved to Secane, PA and started a family.

Following several additional moves, the Bauers made their home in Kimberton, PA and raised five children; Judith Carroll, of Easton, CT, Deborah Milillo, of Schwenksville, Nancy Ritchey, of Harleysville, David D. Bauer, of Royersford and Jamie Billy, of Bethlehem.

Marilois will be remembered for the extraordinary efforts made while executing a time intensive physical, occupational and educational therapeutic program designed by Doman, Delacato, and Dr. Eugene Spitz of Media, PA.

She also directed the volunteer intensive program for 17 years in addition to maintaining the medical needs David had up until her death.

In addition to her husband Dale and their five children, she is survived by sons in law; Roger Ritchey and Christopher Billy, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was also preceded in death by a twin sister, Marilyn Yowell and sons in law, Mark Milillo and Dr. Robert Carroll.

Services will be Friday at 10 AM at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA. Calling time is from 9-10.? Burial will follow in Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer, PA.
