Billie Hawkins, 58, of Russellville, died Monday, October 16, 2017, at Stella Manor Nursing Home in Russellville.

A daughter of Roger Hawkins and Alice (Pennybaker) Hawkins, she was born February 17, 1959, in Omaha, NE.

She was a self-employed painter in the construction industry. Her painting skills easily transferred across to her hobby as a landscape artist. She enjoyed painting with oils using the Bob Ross technique. Throughout her life she was a big animal lover, and most especially loved her late dog, Bear.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Cindy Page. She is survived by her step mother, Mary Hawkins of Russellville; and two step sisters, Sandy Pugh (Tim) of Russellville; and, Sharon Orr of Burleson, TX; and many other relatives & friends.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Billie’s life will be held at 10:00AM, Thursday, October 19, at Humphrey Chapel. Bonnie Underhill and Tim Pugh will officiate. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service.
