A private family memorial gathering will be held on a later date for Jeannette "Jett" Armstrong, 66, of Coke Texas, formerly of Emory, Texas.
Mrs. Armstrong died on November 19, 2005 in a Winnsboro Nursing Home after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Longview, Texas on December 12, 1938 to the late C.L. and Minnie B Jordan.
Jett owned and operated Jett's Hair Corral in Emory for several years before retiring in 1988.
Survivors include her loving husband, Ray Armstrong of Coke; son, Lee Ratteree of Cedar Hill; daughters and sons-in-law, Kelly and Jeff Roberts of Coke, and Kristi and Jeff Ryan of Janesville, Illinois, daughter, Kim Jackson of Emory; Granddaughters, Kourtney Haas, Cee Jay Roberts and Kinley Roberts; Grandsons, Chris Ratteree, Levi Laningham, Taylor Ratteree, Joey Haas and her favorite pet, Crystal.
Lowe Funeral Home Quitman is in charge of the arrangements.
