William Chester Reif, age 90, of 5931 Homestead Road, Manitowoc, died Wednesday, July 26, 1995, at his residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm. Saturday, July 29, 1995, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Deacon Alan Boeldt with entombment at Calvary Mausoleum, Manitowoc.
He was born October 31, 1904, in Chicago, Ill., son of the late Peter A. and Emma Shimon Reif. Mr. Reif was a graduate of St. Patrick's Academy in Chicago. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving during World War II. Mr. Reif was a postal clerk in Chicago for many years until his retirement in Manitowoc County.
Survivors include three sisters, Blanche Foy, Ft. Wayne, Ind., Helen Mulholland, Overland Park, Kan., Elsie Ziegler, San Diego, Calif. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home from 12 Noon Saturday until the time of service at 2 p.m.
There will be no Friday evening visitation.
