Amanda Heywood is buried in the first grave in the Heywood Family lot, but no dates are listed. It is unknown if this is an infant daughter of Asa and Frances Heywood, but they lost 5 children in infancy so it is assumed Amanda is one of them, their son Elliott is buried in grave 2, granddaughter Wilma "Katie" Aylor in grave 3, Daisy Heywood in grave 4 and assumed this is another infant daughter, Hattie Heywood in grave 5 and assumed this is also an infant daughter, granddaughter Elva Aylor in grave 6, Frances Heywood in grave 7 and Asa Heywood in grave 8.

Update: Sharla Cerra found some information that we now believe Amanda Heywood could be the mother of Asa Heywood. So far here is what was found: Amanda Heywood : In1860 she was 49 and living with her son Asa. She apparently married a Fredrick Swartz later in life, was living with him in 1870 with, presumably stepchildren. In the 1880 census was age 63 she was again living with her son Asa.

UPDATE: Thanks to the research of Kathy (Hoy) Eltiste follows-

As for your question of Fredricks 3rd Wife being Amanda (Elliott) Heywood, I believe that she was.
Like you said on your email, she is listed as "Amanda Swartz" in both the 1870 & 1880 census. If she was just hired to help out with Freds house and family and not married to him, I can see how, a census taker, might had mistaken her as I his wife in 1870. But, in 1880, she is also listed as "Amanda Swartz" while living with her son, Asa. She would have had to give them that info. Leaving, not much room for error there.

So, it appears to me, that Amanda married 3 times. First to Wesley Heywood, 2nd to Nathan Heywood and 3rd to Fredrick Swartz.
