He had worked as a salesman for Hurt Pontiac in Paducah and was presently employed by Webb and Smith Used Cars.
Mullican, son of the late Barnett Mullican, was a member of Melber Church of Christ.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Adell Carney Mullican of Melber; two sisters, Mrs. Aaron Adams of Melber and Miss Joan Mullican, also of Melber, and a brother, J. L. Mullican of Paducah.
Funeral services are scheduled Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Roy M. Lowe Funeral Home with Carl Scoggins officiating. Burial will be in Kansas Cemetery in Graves County.
