Mrs. AMANDY BENNETT YANCY is the daughter of Jim Bennett and Mrs. Ellen Williams Bennett.

She is the wife of Nathaniel Yancy Sr. whom she married on March 17, 1906. As husband & wife, they made a home for their family in Harrison County, Texas.

To their union, at least nine (9) children were born including Mary Ellen, Jacob, Clinton, Acie, Ora, Norma L., Roosevelt and Clemmie. Sadly, one of their children -- whose name is yet to be known -- passed away before 1910.

Her husband preceded her in death.

Lucy Cooper was the informant on the death certificate.

S.S. Hayward was the funeral director who managed the burial arrangements.
