Born November 3, 1948 in Moultrie, Ga, she was the daughter of the late Edward Daniel “Ed” Horne and Lavester Haddock Horne.
Mrs. Allman retired from Riverside Manufacturing Company and was a member of First Baptist Church of Decatur.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenwood Mitchell “Glenn” Allman.
Survivors include her daughter, Shealyn “Shea” Allman of Decatur, Ga.; son, Joshua “Josh” Allman and wife Natalie of Temple, TX.; grandson, Sage Allman of Moultrie, Ga.; brother, Danny E. Horne and wife Wynette of Moultrie, Ga.; niece, Gina McDonald and husband Bryan of Moultrie, Ga.; nephew, Clint Horne and wife Wendy of Moultrie, Ga.; great-nephew and niece, Hogan Horne and Lyla Horne.
