T. P. COOK CIES IN OREGON
Body Will Be Brought Here Later And Buried On Bee Ridge.

Word was received on Bee Ridge last week that Tyrone P. Cook, a well known former resident of this county, passed away Jan. 15 [sic] at his home in Portland, Ore. The body will be brought back in the early summer and interred by the side of his wife in the Bee Ridge cemetery. Mrs. Cook, who was Miss Kate Schultz, only daughter of the late Sylvester Schultz and Mrs. Elizabeth Schultz, the latter of whomm lives in Portland, died about twenty-five years ago.
Mr. Cook was more than 80 years old. His two children, Ernest and Miss Mary Cook, also survive, with other relatives.
The Cook farm in this county was where the school house of that name is located, south of Edina. Before leaving Edina Mr. Cook was operating the old Edina Roller Mills, which burned with a big lot of wheat on hand, entailing a heavy loss to him. He afterward left for Portland, which has now been his home a good many years.
