Mrs. Williams
Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Williams, of 525 E. Angelina St., will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Frank Royal officiating. Burial will be in Holly Springs Cemetery. Mrs. Williams died Saturday afternoon in a traffic accident here. She was born in Franklinton, La., and was a daughter of M. E. and Mary Elizabeth Walters Fisher. She had resided in Palestine most of her life. Mrs. Williams was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Palestine Chapter of the Eastern Star. She was employed for many years by Rita's Hat Shop.
Survivors include a brother, James B. Fisher of Lacombe, La.; and several nieces and nephews. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.Condolence call will be received at the Lewis Fisher home on the Old Boston Road, phone 729-3700.
