HAND-BOWERS
Miss Catherine Angeline Bowers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joel Bowers, Bellwood, was united in marriage with Robert Hand, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hand. 1115 Blair avenue, at the Church of the Brethren, Bellwood Pa. last Wednesday Rev. H. P. Co.x officiating. Mrs. Hand who is a graduate of the Bellwood High school is well known there. Mr. Hand holds a position as state road worker near Tyrone. They will reside at the home of Mr. Hand's parents for the present.

The Sunbeam class of the Church of the Brethren had a delightful camping trip at Miller's camp near McAlevy's Fort. The camping party consisted of the following girls: Elizabeth Hostler, Alma Detwiler, Jane Bowers, Katharine Bowers, Marjorie Campbell, Marie Williamson, Alma Williamson, Betty Williamson, Dora Glasgow, Sara Margaret Campbell, Mrs C. E. Campbell and son Billy, the teacher, Mrs. Helen Barr and son and daughter Charles and Betty. Each one of the girls gave the teacher a name and when completed it consisted of Helen Daisy Violet, Daffodilly Huckelberry, Giggles Cherry Bear.
