Effie Elizabeth Green, 91, died Tuesday, December 12, 2000, at the Tishomingo Living Center in Iuka, Miss.

She was born December 29, 1908, in Prentiss County to George M. Denson and Amanda Lee Denson.

She was the Widow of William Glen Green.

She was a Lunch Room Supervisor and a Sales Clerk for the Quick Stop in Burton.

She was a Member of Little Brown Freewill Baptist Church.

Services were held at Little Brown Church with Bro. Russell Clouse officiating.
Burial was in the Church Cemetery.
Corinthian Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include two Daughters, Sarah Ann Johnson of Memphis, TN; and Elizabeth Green of Corinth, MS; a Sister, Myrtis Mayo of Booneville; Seven Grandchildren; and EightGreat Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, and her Husband, William Glen Green.
