Services for Ricky Hollins, 52, who died Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 11:00 AM Monday at the Bryant Hammett Conference & Convention Center, Vidalia, LA, with the Pastor Benjamin Williams officiating.

Burial will follow at Vidalia Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4-7 PM Sunday at the funeral home.

Mr. Hollins was born in Natchez, MS, the son of Roger, Sr. and Elnora Scott Hollins. He was a Master Mason of Pride of Vidalia #106, Royal Arch Mason of Enterprise #17, Sublime Prince of Theodore Hebert Skinner Consistory #174, Noble of Dubar Shrine Temple #250, a member of Rosewood Chapter #65 Order of Eastern Star, Knight of Jericho of Fidelity Court #20 and a Constable of District #2. Ricky was employed by Town of Ferriday Police Department and Town of Vidalia Street Department for over 34 years. He enjoyed working and spending time with his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Andrew Hollins, Roger Hollins, Jr., Johnny Hollins; two sisters, Patricia Scott, Rosa Henderson.

He is survived by his wife, Catina Williams, Hollins; two sons, Jarvis Hollins, both of Vidalia, LA, Deondrais Simmons, Ferriday, LA; four brothers, Randy Scott Hollins, Vidalia, LA, Donald Hollins (Denise), Pennsylvania, Keith Johnson (Becky), Zachary, LA, Matthew Scott (Debra), New Orleans, LA; five sisters, Emmieline Scott (Sylvester), Vidalia, LA, Aline Carter (Lawrence), Jerrica Harris, both of Ferriday, LA, Earline Hollins (John), Elnora Young, both of New Orleans, LA; two grandchildren, one uncle; three very good friends; Gene T. Allen (Bonnie), Michael McGraw (Tammy), Oakland, CA, Ruth Dotson, Vidalia, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
