DR. WILLIAM HARRISON FOSTER, one of the most prominent physicians of the state died Wednesday at midnight at his residence in Augusta, a short time after his arrival from a visit to Atlanta. He is survived by his wife, formerly Miss Stella Robinson, of Lexington, two sons and daughters by his first marriage and one young daughter by his second wife.
