Erected in memory of George Allingham, who departed this life the 24th of December 185(3), aged 80 years; also his son Thomas Allingham who died February the 23rd, 1856, aged 16 years; and also Rebecca Allingham, his daughter-in-law, who resigned this life the 9th of April 1858, in the 31st year of her age; William Allingham died 15th March 1899, aged 71 years.
