Surviving are five children, Frances E. Dudley, Lena D. Russell, David Allen Dudley, Mary D. O'Leary, Albert L. Dudley; a stepsister, Thelma Sprouse; and three stepdaughters, Kamara L. Hildreth, Allena G. Hildreth, and Loretta H. Woloven.

Funeral services will be conducted from the graveside, Mountain View Cemetery (Vinton), at 10 a.m. Thursday, January 15, 1998. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
